How long does it take to get my website online?

After your domain name is registered, the time it takes to build and deploy your web platform depends on the size and complexity of your app. A basic website typically takes around 4-6 weeks from beginning to end. Custom and complex projects may take longer.


Will the fact that you will be working remotely have any impact on the work?

The short answer: Not at all.
The long answer: Almost all our clients are situated far away from us, and we have managed quite well in developing websites for them. In fact, we communicate so often with our clients, that it's hard to tell we are sepearted by thousands of miles. We keep our clients updated from start to finish on the development of the website. You can keep in contact with us over phone, email or chat.


What technologies are employed in your web development?

We use Ruby/Rails for custom web apps. In addition to Ruby/Rails we use other high quality programming languages and frameworks like JavaScript, Spree Commerce, Shopify, WordPress, CraftCMS and Drupal.

What do your websites cost?

The short answer: Our typical web projects start at $4,500, except for SEM campaigns or previous clients. We also have webstie packages.
The long answer: It really depends on the amount of content and type of features your particular web project requires. To get a better idea of the cost of what you want to build, use our online form and submit a quote request. We’ll ask you a few questions about the nature of the site, what sort of interactivity the site will have, your graphic design needs, etc. Then we’ll be able to give you a ballpark figure. If you’re still interested, we will workout the details and identify the most cost effective method of delivering the final product.


Are there any upfront or contractual costs?

We charge a 30% deposit from new clients.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, bank accounts (with ABA routing), and PayPal. This secure platform ensures timely payments and a secure environment.


What about support and maintenance?

Whether you simply need maintenance updates or you need someone on call to answer how-to questions, we have you covered. Our support and maintenance contracts will help keep your site secure, up to date, and provide development and consulting services for you to utilize when needed.


Do you provide free support?

After a project is signed off as complete and released, we offer 30 days free support to fix bugs and answer any questions. We can help with ongoing additional maintenance and modifications for a fee.
